During Shane Heal’s successful professional sports career he had a vision for the future…
He would take the passion, determination and commitment he had on the court onto the business platform and thus Heal Group was born.
Shane’s business started with property investment and he launched into the retail food business 6 years ago when he opened his first Subway Store in Sydney. This followed by additional Subway Stores and after moving to the Gold Coast Shane opened a local office , became a franchisee of Eagle Boys Pizza, Noodle Box, Zarraffa’s Coffee and Urban Burger. Shane has opened 16 food retail businesses over the past 6 years.
During this time Shane has also invested in commercial property development, redevelopment of retail property, commercial property single and multiple shop sites. The office that started with 1 employee is now 9. Heal Group employs 155+ staff across it’s businesses with the majority in Queensland.

The new Urban Burger and Baskin Robbins Stores are located at Shop 7 and Shop 8, High Street (off Bunker Rd),Victoria Point Lakeside Shopping Centre, Victoria Point.
The new Noodle Box Store on the Gold Coast is located at Shop 3, 440 Brisbane Road, Arundel
